When will I receive my order?
To keep our costs low, all orders are packed on the Tuesday and Wednesday after order cut-off.
For all orders (excluding Northern Beaches) you will receive tracking notification. Northern Beaches residents' deliveries are completed in-house, and are always delivered on the Thursday.
I missed the order cut-off, what can I do now?!

Are products ever out-of-stock?
Items can become out of stock whilst your order is processing – this is mainly due to our suppliers being out of stock, so it is unfortunately out of our control. We try our best to ensure that our product listings are up-to-date. If an item becomes out of stock during the fulfilment period we will endeavour to contact you when processing the order and will offer you a refund.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using VISA, Mastercard, PayPal or zipPay. We use Stripe to process our orders for credit card transaction.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes, of course! Payments are managed through Stripe, PayPal, zipPay and Shopify. We are also a 'Shopify Secure' site.

What does the grey crossed-out price mean?
The grey price listed next to each product is the recommended retail price (RRP). We strive to provide you with products under the RRP.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order at the time of ordering, however we will refund you for products that become unavailable in the fulfillment period.
Do you accept returns?
Absolutely. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase email us at email@example.com within 14 days of your delivery date. We will offer a full refund once the goods have been received at our office. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
